I clearly remember the day I made the call and spoke to Becky. I was extremely depressed and had thoughts of ending my life. I had lost my son and that day would have been his 30th birthday. My husband, his step-father had offered no comfort and said nothing to do with my son because he was an addict. My first thought was to go to the emergency room to get help. As I sat in the car by my son's grave site, I reached for my wallet and a card fell out. A card I had kept in my wallet for 8 months and had no idea why. The business card of An Open Door to LIfe fell out. So I made the call and Becky picked up the phone. We talked for 30 minutes and after- hour or more in her office. That began 6 months of healing. Being a Christian I felt such comfort in pouring my heart out and receiving Godly answers and advice. We did a work book together and I took it seriously. I learned how to let go of the bitterness, pain, heartache that I was going through in my marriage and life. I live on disability and the fact that I could receive life changing counseling for Thank you Becky!!!
